Most of you know about the great ride Bernzie took down "humpty dumpty" on Thursday night. I had an amazing view of it. Mitch actually only went halfway down, but his bike made it the rest of the way down without the driver. Mitch unfortunately was flopping around like a fish out of water over in the weeds. Great news is that he was alright, bike suffered some problems but that can be repaired. In honor of that I have posted a pic on my blogsite of Mitchs facial expression while executing the "humpty dumpty" to perfection!!!! Great job!!!!!

Was I nervous going down Humpty Dumpty? Depends.....Oh wait, that is what I was wearing.

I just walked in the door from another visit to the Chiropractor from when Humpty Dumped me. My first lap at the race I was so focused on keeping pace that I made it down Humpty Dumpty pretty smooth.....slow, but smooth. The last lap in the dark and the pouring rain was a little nerve racking.

Somewhere along the race I grazed a tree with my handle bar and tore the end of my grip off. I guess it will be easier to put some bar ends on if I want them now.

I think im taking my bar ends off....Ive collected 3 trees with them so far!!!! I love them for climbing but I hate wrecking!! LOL
