Who's going? I will be there with bells on!!!!

I'll be there doing a team with my dad, we are going to do the Joy course since he hasn't been riding very long. I've been there the past two years and it is a lot of fun, Doug Palen does a great job putting this race together and he is a super nice guy. The trail system there is a lot of fun to ride, it's not technical so you can just amp up and let er rip.

Denny, I picked up a nice cow bell at the race this past weekend so you can wear it if you want, but it's pretty heavy .

I may need that bell.....this ride sounds like a fun time. I skipped the bike last night and went out for a small run. That run up the service road rekindled my love of running!!!!

Were we suppose to run up that hill? No wonder it took me a while to get to my bike!! Actually I danced up the hill (I said danced, not pranced), it was the "I'm going to be in the saddle all day waltz". I must of went up the hill faster than I thought and got confused because I could have swore I saw a Yeti in my pit area a couple different times.
