Here is a pic of my shoulder, today is Wed and the wipeout was last Thur. I still have some swelling in the shoulder but the bruise is looking much much better. The trail rash that went almost all the way down my back is gone, so that is a positive.



You know how at 12 Miles of Hell they have the "Big Balls" award, maybe we should have the "Humpty Dumped Me" award at RIM .

Next year I think we get a video camera crew and place them around the course where wrecks occur to get it on video...then we can put the video together with music to promote the trails!!!!! LOL Of course my wreck of the day was on the easiest part of the course....so I shouldnt be laughing!!!!
