Im sure this has been addressed at sometime or another but Im curious anyway....I noticed while riding the trails at Smithville that all the trails were marked with signs hanging in the trees. I have read alot of postings on this site where riders mention a certain trail area by a special name...ie> deer camp, etc. To outsiders like me I have no idea where that is at, along with all the other special named trail sections. My question is does the MDC allow this type of signage or has it even been discussed. Just curious. If this is something that is considered, I could actually make the signs with my router, paint them, and hang them in trees near the appropriate section with rope so it doesnt damage the tree.
