Check out this link for great information for treating Mtn. bike injuries and purchasing first aid supplies for a very reasonable price. The doctor that has put this together is a mountain biker and ER doctor so he knows his stuff. I'm putting together a good first aid kit to keep in my car for all my "future" crashes cause as soon as I get the swelling out of my knee and get range of motion, this cowboy is climbing back in the saddle!

Did you see the pics for the foriegn body-impaled link? It looks like a trick from a magic shop.

If I see a nail on the trail I'll pick it up to keep from flatting. Never thought about getting one through my finger. OW!
