| Kind of spooky... A couple of springs ago I saw a mtn. lion slink from the ditch off into the timber at Sugar Creek Conservation Area just a few miles from my house (from the safety of my car). At first I was caught up in the pure awe and majesty off it all. About an hour later I had tinges of panic imagining getting pounced on while huffing my way up some switchback on noodely legs. Circle of life I guess...

| They don't call it the "Panthers Den", in north Poosey, for nothing!
The habitat in Poosey is perfect for mountain lions. Lots of rocky, forested terrain and a variety of food sources: rabbit, deer, turkey, mountain bikers!
I'm heading to IC to ride today. I'm going to put some "cat-nip" in my jersey pocket.
Here Kitty Kitty! | |

| I can't remember. I just remember he was riding kinda slow and aways back. I thought he turned back early! Anyone up for some night riding? I'm not kidding. I'm ready for some cold night riding.
There goes the excuses for anyone that claims it's getting dark too early!
It will be good and frozen. Fast as Heck! | |
