Just wanted to let you know that I was out blowing my section (from 510 to Deer Camp) and there are 3 trees down. The first one is just after leaving the shelter house and there is plenty of room to get around it. The second is after the two bridges and at the top of that climb, it will take a little effort to get around it but can be done. The third is at the bottom of the fast downhill just before the switchback where the trail is falling off into the creek below, this one is a big one. These should be taken out pretty soon, might have to wait til after the holiday though.
The trail was still pretty damp yesterday except for anything with Southern exposure and it was drying out nicely, I'm guessing with the heat that the trail will be drying out pretty fast.
After descending Dog Hill there is a shallow water crossing, just past that crossing the trail has been eroding pretty bad. I started armoring that yesterday but do not have it complete so if you go riding just be careful through there as I am not done yet. It is very ridable right not just not as good as it's going to be soon.
