Thanks to the labor of 20+ trail volunteers from all over the Midwest, a large section of trail was bench cut and a major crib wall was constructed. It was amazing how much work was completed in 4 hours and goes to show what can happen when you put a large group of motivated trail volunteers together. Both days of work were followed with rides on the newly constructed tread. Truly a win-win weekend for all trail lovers.
Stay tuned for more news as we continue to complete the bench work on the current corridor and flag the final run of corridor that will take us all the way up to campground/parking lot 20.
