Just a heads up that Mitch and I are riding today. We are trying to decide which weapon of choice: mtn, cross, or road.

Fall is great for long mtn. bike rides but I like the gravel grinders too this time of year.

Give us a holler if you want to tag along.

We had an awesome ride. The trails are in prime shape and we headed over to north Poosey from #17 and I got to introduce Bernzie to some of the stuff he hasn't done yet. Yes, there is some knarley over there if you know where to look. It's not just gravel roads over there if you look at all the options. I recommend the Foose trail if your into a big rocky drop in!

We were out for about 4 hours and my legs feel like it!!

Knarley stuff is right, I had no idea there was some of that stuff over there. Leading into that rocky drop in I tried to take a different line and realized real quick it wasn't the way to go and stopped, I had to go back and take the better line. I hope I can get my rear tire marks off the seat of my shorts, yes I was that far back. Once you start the drop there is no stopping even if you go down I'm pretty sure you won't stop until you get to the bottom. The word "Pucker" was the word of the day after that.

Coach showed me another hill that was really good for climbing, it was a bit soft and tough go. We went all the way to the top so we could turn around and ride down it, now that was fun!!

My legs are feeling the hurt too, it's days like this I wish I didn't live in a two story house.
