Playing Chicken

Had a great ride on the gravel grinder last night, really good turn out too. James and I got the chance to play Chicken with a couple of dogs towards the end of the route. James took down his opponet with ease, I on the other hand got my rear handed to me by a dog that barely reached my hub. He got me to lock up my brakes before he made a move but then he had a "Oh Crap" look on his face as I almost clipped him. Either that dog has played this game before or.....he isn't too bright. I guess it all boils down to he beat me last night.

I just thought I would share before someone else did!!!!!!!!!!

That dogs name is Saul in case you want to know who handed it to you.

There once was rider named Bernzie,
whose tires were magnets, as they turnzie;
He was target by Saul, a persistent mutt with open jaw;
He was lucky to not go home on a gurney!

Bite the dog that bit you. Chase the dog that chases you!!!

I don't know what scares me more about being bit by a dog, I don't know if its the sharp teeth or knowing that the dog has licked his crotch with that mouth earlier in the day .
