Bike Road Signs? Empty
PostSubject: Bike Road Signs?   Bike Road Signs? Icon_minitimeThu May 22, 2008 8:37 pm

I was out riding the loop tonight and after I climbed up Y and took the short stretch up the hill to A I noticed one of the bike signs was off the wooden sign post. The smaller sign that said "Next 6 Miles" was still there though. I kept on riding and up the road a little ways I noticed another sign post, this one was metal, it had been pulled up and was laying on the ground. Does anyone know if something is suppose to be going on? Or is it vandalism?

They were blown down by the shockwave created when you blew by!

Well I noticed that they didn't take them all down, there are still a few signs at some of the curves that say to slow down to 45 mph. I know that I probably should slow down but why ride your bike if you have to slow down like that.

Yep, we generally have to slow down to 55 on the "Rt A Rollers" just before we intersect 190. That was a blast the last time we came blowing through there with so many guys pulling. Just like in the "ole days."
